Mandatory Signs

BS EN ISO 7010:2020 was developed to provide consistency in safety sign design across the UK and EU. By using ISO 7010 pictograms and symbols, our mandatory signs provide universal recognition - this means that a mandatory symbol in the UK will look the same as it would in all other European countries.
Mandatory signs advise viewers of actions which should be carried out within specific areas. They incorporate a blue circle with a white pictogram inside. Supplementary text must be white on a blue background and must tell viewers what they need to do in order to stay safe.
Examples of mandatory text are: "____" must be worn | Use "____" when in this area | Wear "____"
We provide a wide range of mandatory signs & products covering virtually all types of instruction - from "adjustable guards" to "wash your hands"
